We provide construction management services to help our clients construct their project and get open for business.  We specialize in retail and office up-fits for small businesses and our niche is when our clients have a tight budget and need someone to make the deal work.  We also provide construction management on larger projects requiring  third party representation of interests. Our services include review of plans, specifications and interpretation, value engineering, preparing an estimate, purchase orders and contracts oversight, project inspections, monitor day to day project activities, on site contractor and subcontractor supervision and project closeout.  This is a fee based service based on a fixed rate or percentage.
