Turnstone Partners has completed the sale of an income-producing single tenant office/warehouse building at 411 Landmark Drive in Wilmington, NC.
The building sits on 2.29 acres in Landmark Industrial park on the west side of Carolina Beach Road, south of Shipyard Blvd. Landmark Industrial park was developed in the 1980’s and consists of various industrial uses including office/warehouse facilities. The industrial park’s proximity to the Port, as well as nearby transportation routes, have allowed the park to attract a number of users.
The sale occurred on August 10, 2015. The buyer is planning on continuing the lease with the current tenant, EXPOGO, a displays and graphics company with twenty years experience in the tradeshow industry.
