Turnstone Partners has completed the sale of  multi-family apartment complex in Wilmington, NC. In preparing the buildings for sale, many units were painted and had new carpet installed.  The exterior was refreshed through landscaping, power-washing, and painting.

The sale occurred on May 16, 2016. Turnstone Partners represented Yadkin Bank by way of a court-appointed receivership.
