Turnstone Partners has completed the sale of the former Greyhound Bus terminal at 201 Harnett Street in Downtown Wilmington, NC.  The 1.2 acre lot, which is prime for re-development was placed on the market at a time when development activity in the central business district of Wilmington has dramatically increased with the development of new office, hotel, and mix-use projects including the extension of the riverfront and the city’s development of the new waterfront park adjacent to the corporate offices of PPD.

The sale occurred on March 20, 2015. The buyer is planning on holding the property and exploring various development opportunities.
